We undertake structural surveys on Domestic and industrial buildings for house or business purchase. The costs of not having a survey can be enormous. Tricorn will carry out a full written survey to check and report on each individual facet of the property.

As well as standard projects designing with reinforced concrete, steelwork, timber and masonry we can provide a dynamic analysis and design of dynamically sensitive structures, the seismic analysis of structures, buildings and foundations, and the design of structures in a marine/offshore environment. Tricorn has recently analysed the foundations and process structures of a Sullage Plant in Gibraltar to comply with the local seismic regulations.

Design is fully supported with computer structural analysis programmes including finite element modelling and space frame analysis. Design and drawing is undertaken using the latest CAD facilities.
